Right of Withdrawal & Sample Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

A. Right of Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods within the framework of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods within the framework of a single order and these are delivered separately;
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that a good is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods,

• which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• which have been custom-made, altered or refined according to customer specifications. This particularly includes products with individual names, initials, numbers, club names, club logos, sponsor logos, team designations, other prints or embroideries, as well as individually compiled club and team collections;
• which cannot be resold or can only be resold with disproportionate effort due to their individualization or personalization.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
2. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
3. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
4. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
5. The preceding notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Voluntary Return Policy up to 30 Days After Receipt of Goods

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Even after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, you can withdraw from the purchase contract within a further 16 days by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

A prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the goods have only been used for fitting or inspection, as would normally be possible in a retail store, and that the goods are returned complete, undamaged, clean and in their original condition, including all labels and packaging components.

Excluded from the voluntary right of return are:

• individually manufactured or personalized items;
• goods with names, initials, numbers, club logos, sponsor logos, embroideries or other custom finishes;
• gift vouchers;
• items not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
